PROBLEM Repairs / Servicing
HEADLINE Wait 5 months for vehicle service record.
THE INCIDENT

Bought Audi for R195 000 five months ago. (Sept Oct 2009). Wanted the special interest rate as advertised. This I could get but then the price would go up to R220 000. ???? Dealer promised service record book and to repair damaged console clip (on next service). Booklet was delivered. When service was due in January at Clearwater Audi we found out that the service record was a photostat copy with no previous entries. Clearwater said the photostat was not worth the paper as the car would have no service history if it was ever resold. Freddie from Krugersdorp said he would get the proper service book and previous history. Clearwater did not fix the console clips and said Krugersdorp would fix it. We are now in February 2010 and still these issues are outstanding.
